Quality Design Machining, Inc.

Robert Fletcher first started his own machining business out of his garage back in 1991 and with the help of supportive customers grew to establish Quality Design Machining, Inc. in 1998. 

The business is still owned and run by Bob Fletcher and continues to grow and change to meet the needs of the industry.  He has passed down his knowledge to those eager to learn; some have used it merely as a stepping stone to broader shores and others who have established themselves as essential to the company.  Many of the employees are family who have been learning from their father's example since childhood and others who are treated as family.  QDMI has a personal interest in its employees who in turn have a personal interest in the business so that all may succeed.
